These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdbdt platform and all services included within it. When you create an account on bdbdt or browse the site, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms. It is therefore essential that you read and understand this document fully before you begin using the service.

bdbdt is an online betting and casino platform operated specifically for Bangladeshi players. These Terms have been written in Bengali so that every user can understand them with ease.

1.1 Eligibility

To open an account on bdbdt, you must meet the following conditions:

1.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, bdbdt reserves the right to cancel those accounts and confiscate the associated balances.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. If anyone else uses your account to conduct any activity, that liability will fall on you. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

2.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdbdt currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

2.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to deposit funds into the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

2.3 Identity Verification

To ensure security, bdbdt may initiate an identity verification process at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent, suspicious, or related to money laundering, bdbdt reserves the right to cancel that transaction and place the associated account under investigation.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 applies the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳13,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, false information, or any other fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

3.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings earned through it will be automatically cancelled.

4.1 VIP Tiers

bdbdt has four VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

4.2 Tier Progression

Players can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. bdbdt reserves the final right to decide on tier changes.

4.3 Cashback Distribution

Weekly cashback is credited to eligible accounts within the designated time each week. Cashback is added directly to the balance and may be subject to additional wagering requirements.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

bdbdt is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely independent and unbiased.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Exploiting game glitches or technical issues to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate the terms of any game or promotion.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a bet remains incomplete due to a server outage or technical issue, bdbdt will decide whether to refund the bet amount or resume it. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will not be considered valid.

5.4 Sports Betting

Bets placed in the sports section are settled after the official result is published. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded.

6.1 Setting Your Own Limits

6.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

A user can choose to close their account for a set period or permanently. Contact the support team to activate this feature.

6.3 Minor Protection

10.2 Service Availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. bdbdt is not obligated to provide any compensation for such interruptions.

10.3 Changes to Terms

bdbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the complete agreement between bdbdt and the user. No oral or written promises outside this agreement are valid.
